About Maui Vista
Maui Vista is a 280-unit condominium resort located in the heart of Kihei across from Charley Young beach on Maui’s magnificent south coast. Built in the early 1980s, Maui Vista features 3 tennis only and 3 pickleball/tennis courts, 3 swimming pools and 3 BBQ areas spread across approximately 9 acres of manicured landscape.
Our complex comprises 1 and 2 bedroom condos in 3 buildings. All units are individually owned and each has a private lanai, in-suite laundry, internet, cable TV and 1 allotted parking space. Some condos are owner occupied, while others are rented out either short or long term.
The Maui Vista Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO) is recognized by the State of Hawaii as a non-profit home owners association. The 5-member Board of Directors meets quarterly to review the budget, set policies and address owners’ concerns. Monthly management meetings are held to discuss issues as they arise.
Maui Vista maintains an on-site office located in Building 1, staffed Monday to Friday. The general manager, supported by a dedicated team that helps ensure the property runs smoothly, oversees maintenance needs, and assists owners and guests with day-to-day inquiries. Together, the office and Board work to preserve the safety, beauty, and long-term value of our community.
